Originally from London, Phil has a local government career spanning over twenty five years and has held many positions at Boston Borough Council, including the positions of Chartered Architectural Technologist, Head of Service and more recently corporate Director of Community Services.
As Director of Community Services Phil is primarily responsible for the strategic development of the Councils 'front of house' services including Community Development, Sport and Leisure, Refuse and Street Cleansing, Building Control, Housing and Environmental Health.
Outside of local government, Phil's career has included property management and property development within the National Health Service.
Phil is a family man with two teenage children. Outside of work, Phil is a keen but poor golfer, his dislikes include reading books, gardening and TV soap, his likes include America, ornithology and Tottenham Hotspur. |
