Play 4 Life is a training project that will help reduce childhood obesity by teaching parents and adults working with children up to the age of 5 how to make play more physically active and challenging.

Case Studies

"The course has been fun and informative. It has brought back childhood memories of games we used to play and encouraged me to share these with family and the children I work with."

"We’ve upped the amount of time we spend playing physical games so we’re all fitter and healthier."

"Made me more positive within myself to encourage children and staff to get up and get active."

"When at the park I look for activities me and my son can do like kicking leaves, running up and down hill."

"I have noticed a difference in the behaviour of my 3 year old son in particular, as a result of the extra outdoor, physical activity which the course has encouraged us to take. Some of the more challenging behaviour has diminished and he seems happier and more co-operative."
