The event will take place at The Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground on Thursday 11th November.
This year there are 17 awards in total with two categories which are brand new for 2010.
Here's the full list of awards that you can nominate your friends, family, neighbours, coaches, teachers and colleagues for:

- Parish Council/Local Authority Award
- Contribution to Physical Activity Award
- Active for Health Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
- Lincolnshire Sports Personality of the Year Award
