Lincolnshire Sports Business Plan

Lincolnshire Sports Business Plan 2007 - 2009

Lincolnshire Sports Partnership is a not-for-profit company Limited by Guarantee. It was set up in November 2004 to act as a co-ordinating body for sport across Lincolnshire. The partnership is funded from a number of public and semi-public (Third sector) sources.

This business plan is designed to put into context the work of the partnership over the coming 3 years. This plan puts into context the work of the Partnership staff team in relation to the County Strategy for Sport in Lincolnshire 2007-2010. These two documents should be read in conjunction to provide a full picture of sport across the county.
This plan will help identify certain key performance measures and ensure that whilst preparing for more certain times ahead Lincolnshire Sports Partnership will move ahead on a sound sporting, financial and commercial basis.

The document itself has been written and edited by Stephen De Wint, Chief Executive Officer for the Lincolnshire Sports Partnership (Tel: 01522 585580) and amended by Board Members and senior staff.
