Lincolnshire Sports Partnership are currently seeking
the views of the people of Lincolnshire as to their
aspirations for sport within the County.
This will be the biggest consultation of its kind ever
carried out by a County Sports Partnership and will
help to inform the next Strategy for Sport in the County, fully
representing the hopes and aspirations of the population.
Specific consultations are taking place with a number
of groups including:
- National Governing Bodies of Sport together with
the clubs and volunteers within those sports
- Community Sports Networks
- District Authorities
- County Council
- Lincolnshire Assembly
- School Sports Partnerships
- Higher and Further Education establishments
In addition, during the months of June & July a series of have your say events will take place around the County
giving everyone the opportunity to contribute. Just come along to one of the events below 7pm- 8pm or 8pm-9pm.
17 June-Gainsborough Roses Sports Ground, DN21 2TU
24 June- Boston Assembly Rooms
01 July- Bourne Corn Exchange
03 July- Grantham Gallery, Guildhall Arts Centre
08 July- Sleaford, NK Council Chamber
10 July- Lincoln (South) Moorland Community Centre
15 July- Horncastle
17 July- Lincoln (North) Sudbrooke Drive Community Centre
22 July- Louth
Of course, we realise that not everyone who wants to
have a say will be able to make it to one of the meetings.
Therefore we are offering the opportunity to contribute
via this website.
This is an exciting time for sport in Lincolnshire;
together we can ensure that we build a strong, successful
