Sport helps you make and keep new friends, develop skills,
gain confidence and most importantly have fun!
But for some the fun in sport is spoilt by adults or other
children who do or say things that hurt or frighten you. If
this is happening to you, you may be suffering from abuse.
You may be feeling that there is no one to talk to, you might
feel embarrassed, scared of what may happen, or think that
no one will believe what you say.
There is help out there for you. If you don’t like
something that is happening to you or if you think you’re
being abused, if you're not sure, feel worried or frightened
