The aim of golf is for the participant to hit the golf ball
into a hole, in the lowest possible number of strokes. using
a variety of clubs.
Played on a golf course, typically consisting of between
9 and 18 holes, Golf is one of the few games that does not
use a standardised playing area.
Over recent years, golf has increasingly become a spectator
sport, with several different levels of professional and amateur
tours throughout the world, with names such as Tiger woods,
and Jack Nicklaus become well known sports personalities.
