Orienteering is a challenging outdoor adventure sport that
exercises both the mind and the body.
The aim of orienteering is to navigate in sequence between
control points in the quickest time, these points will be
marked on a unique orienteering map.
Orienteering is an activity for all ages, and all levels
of fitness, you can run, walk or jog the course at any pace.
Orienteering can also take place in any environment, from
remote forest and countryside to urban parks and school playgrounds.
